A clinical trial is a research study in which people are assigned to one of two or more groups. One group (the experimental group) receives a new treatment, while the other group (the control group) receives the standard treatment. The groups are compared to see if the new treatment is more effective, safer, or both. Cognitive impairment is a decline in cognitive function. It can be mild, moderate, or severe. Mild cognitive impairment may not affect daily life. Moderate or severe cognitive impairment can make it hard to do everyday activities. Kamagra is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It is similar to Viagra, but it is cheaper and available without a prescription.
